INGREDIENTS

1kg chicken cut in pieces and make slits on it1 teaspoon @sujees_masala ginger garlic masala3 heaped tablespoon @sujees_masala alipoor roast masala
1 teaspoon tomato paste 2 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon fine salt

METHOD

Mix everything well together.Marinate chicken for a few hours.
Heat butter. Add 1 small finely chopped onion and 4 green chillies slit in half . Fry till glossy. Do not brown. Add chicken. Cook for about 40 minutes on medium heat or till done.Add fried potatoe wedges and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with dhunia. Once tasted never wasted 😋Share as received ⭐⭐⭐
