INGREDIENTS

1 tin condensed milk1 tin water 3 eggs, separated 4tsp. Gelatin ¼ cup hot water 2 teaspoon. Vanilla 50g Cashew, chopped

METHOD

In a pan add egg yolk, milk maid and water.mix well. Add to the heat and bring it to the boil.Mix gelatin with hot water and add to the yolk mixture. Reduced the heat and and mix till it thickens. and remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a bowl beat egg white and vanilla beat till stiff peak Fold the egg white into the egg yolk and add it to the dish. And Sprinkle roasted cashew on top
