INGREDIENTS

250g soft butter1 teaspoon v.essence2 ¼ cup brown sugar2 eggs
Beat well then add
2 ⅓ cup flour (or more)½ + ⅓ cup self raising flour2 teaspoon bicarb1 cup brown chocolate chips1 cup white chocolate chip

METHOD

Roll into balls.Bake on 180 till done

INFO & TIPS

I cut up 2 cups of top deck chocolate instead of the chocolate chips
