Add all ingredients for part 1 and leave to rest for 5 minutes, then add rest of ingredients. Knead to a soft dough. Make 8 equal parts, roll thinly in an oval shape and bake on 180 for +- 5 minutes. Add all ingredients for garlic butter, spread on naan and grill till brown

The dough can be used for pizza, shawarma, bagels, rolls, naan, magic buns.
For better results leave dough to rest for +- 1/2 hr before using
