Chicken With Coconut Milk Pie 🥥

INGREDIENTS

Cook 8 potatoes in water, salt.Mash with salt, milk, 1 teaspoon cornflour and butter.
Sauté in olive oil:2 chopped onions1 tablespoon garlic1 tablespoon ginger1 tablespoon tomato pureeCook for 2 minutes.Add½ kg chicken cubesSalt, PepperPaprika, JiroAromat (a South African Spice), 3 tablespoon any nandos sauce1 tablespoon Jalapeno sauce (optional)

METHOD

Let chicken cookAdd1 small carrot in cubes already cooked ¼ can CornColoured peppers in cubes¾ cup milk with 1 tablespoon cornflour1 can coconut milkFinally adjust the spices and add coriander and green onions.
Make layers with mash potatoes, chicken mixture and cheese. Brush egg on top and bake until cheese is melted.
