INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet, cut into strips1&½ teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon Black pepper½ teaspoon Lemon pepper½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder¾ teaspoon Red chilli powder½ teaspoon Portuguese chicken spice½ teaspoon crushed Ginger & Garlic2 tablespoon Tomato sauce2 tablespoon Mayonnaise2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Sauce:Steers Prego sauceSteers Peri-Peri sauceMayonnaise
Salad:Finely cut LettuceFinely chopped CarrotFinely chopped CucumberFeta cheese, crumbled
METHOD
Marinate the chicken with all the spices. Put into a pot with butter pieces and some water. Cook till done.
Mix all the sauce ings together.
To assemble :1 packet of ready made Wraps, warmed on a pan. Spread sauce on the wrap, place salad on half the wrap, spoon the chicken on top of the salad, dribble some more sauce over the chicken and fold the wrap over.
Serve.
