1 & Half Cups FlourLittle Mixed Herbs (Optional) 1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoon soft ghee (Clarified butter) (may use Soft Butter Or MargarineRub the Flour well Add 2 teaspoon Baking PowderMix againIn a bowl Beat 2 Eggs keep some aside to brush on Top before baking 1 cup Fresh Cream (250ml)Mix well to make a SOFT DOUGHAdd More Flour if Need be However the Dough has to be soft Divide the Dough into 2Roll out One Part into a rectangle to fit a 20 cm CasseroleSmear the dough with Sauces See Below SuggestionAdd and Mix sauces home made saucesPicalilly, Mayo, Bbq, Tomato, Mustard or Sauce of your choiceAfter SmearingAdd Filling of ChoiceRoll out the Other Part of DoughAnd Cover the filling close side NicelyEgg brush with the Egg that you kept aside Sprinkle with Poppy SeedsBake at +-180* +- 15 minutes Till Light Gold in Colour When Cool Cut in SquaresEnjoy with Chutney Dips of Choice
