½ kg carrots julienne1 tablespoon olive oil2 teaspoon honey1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon paprikaSalt and pepper to taste
Mix all the above coating the carrots nicelySpread them on a baking tray and grill for about 20-30min. Sprinkle with chopped mint and dollops of plain yogurt
Great side for grilled lamb
