Bread (I used brown)Polony (I used lamb polony)Red chutney (I used tomato chutney)3 EggsSalt to tasteChopped Coriander Pinch of arad (Turmeric)Chilli to taste3 teaspoon milkOil for frying
1.) Beat eggs with salt,chilli, arad (Turmeric) and milk. Add coriander and keep aside.2.) Spread chutney on both sides of bread (as you’d spread butter).3.) Place sliced polony on one slice of bread and sandwich with the other - cut into 4 small square pieces.4.) Dip sandwiched squares into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown (turn so each side is an even colour) - remove from oil and leave to cool.5.) Lastly, cut each square diagonally so that mini triangle shapes are formed.
