1 ½ cup Self raising flour2 tablespoon Oil¾ can Sweetcorn Creamstyle 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon sugar (optional) ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mixLittle whole jeera1 egg beat well1 /2 teaspoon ginger garlicLittle crushed black pepper (optional) +- 1 teaspoon Green Chilli pasteHandful of chopped green dhania (coriander)Gradually add Warm Water and milk to make a thickish batterHeat griddle grill using ghee (Clarified butter) and or OilEnjoy with Chutney Dips
