175g Quality Vermicilli3x Stick Cinnamon3x Cardamon Pods6 - 8 teaspoon Butter, melted Few drops of Essence for flavor¼ Cup Milk 8-10 teaspoon Icing Sugar or Sugar Handful of Sultanas/Almond Flakes1kg Tub Vanilla Ice-cream
Melt the butter in a large pot, add the spices,vermicilli,essence. Cook for 1 minute while stirring add the Icing or sugar with the milk. Mix well. Put the stove on medium until the vermicilli cooked soft & comes loose frm the sides of the pot.Sprinkle some sultanas or almond flakes if you prefer for texture.
