INGREDIENTS

METHOD
1st Layer Pasta Boil pasta till al dented White sauce : whisk 2 tablespoon of maziena in 2 cups of milk till dissolved. melt a blob of butter in saucepan over med heat. Add maziena milk mixture to melted butter and simmer on med heat whilst stirring till thickens. Remove from heat and add salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside
2nd layer Chicken Cut fillet into thin strips Marinate inBasic masala and spice Chicken spice Lemon juice Cook in butter till doneRemove from heat Stir in some mayo tomatoe sauce and some chilli sauceSet aside
3rd layer veg Slice peppers and onions Braise in olive oil for few minutes Season with little garlic salt and pepperSet aside
4th layer chipsCut potatoes for thick chips Fry till doneDrain and season with Chillies, Salt and vinger Add a good amount of tomatoe sauce and Mustard sauce Set aside
Layer in Pyrex PastaChicken Veg Chips
Drizzle Tomatoe sauce, Mustard sauce and mayo Sprinkle a good amount of cheese. Sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Cover with foil.
Bake in pre heated oven till cheese melts. Serve immediately.. Enjoy.
INFO & TIPS
I don't have measurements, just use descretion.
This time I used hawaian stir fry mix instead of the peppers.
Any chilli sauce can be used
