1 punnet white mushrooms (peeled & stem removed & washed)Breadcrumbs OR cornflakes crumbs For the stuffing:Finely grated cheddar & mozzarella cheeseChopped coriander Salt to tasteRed chilli powderOregano Batter:⅓ cup all purpose flour½ cup corn flour Salt to tasteChilli powderFine black pepperMix with water till you get a batter(not too runny not too thick)
Stuff mushrooms with the filling.Coat in batterCoat with crumbs (I double coated)Fry till golden brown. Enjoy
