1kg chicken fillet rolled out to make it flat and thin Buttermilk 1 teaspoon Black pepper1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1 teaspoon Mochachos’s spice 1 teaspoon Chicken Spice 1 teaspoon Barbecue Spice 1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masalaCrystal hot sauce
1. Add the above ingredients into a bowl and whisk together 2. Add the chicken fillets in and allow to marinate for a few hours 3. In a separate bowl add the following: - 2 cups flour - 2 tablespoon Corn starch -1 teaspoon Black pepper- 1 teaspoon Paprika - 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon Mochachos’s spice - 1 teaspoon Chicken Spice - 1 teaspoon Barbecue Spice 4. Drizzle some of the buttermilk batter in the flour mix 5. Coat the chicken fillets in the flour mix (Be generous with the flour :) ) 6. Fry in hot oil 7. Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, gherkins & peri mayo. 8. For the peri mayo - add mayo, crystal hot sauce, red chili powder, vinegar & mix well Enjoy!
