1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
½ cup hot water
½ cup oil
4 large eggs (seperated)
3 dessert spoons cocoa
1 heaped dessert spoon milo
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¾ tin nestles cream
2 tablespoon milk
1 slab milo chocolate
10 ml milo powder
Beat egg white untill stiff. Add 1 teaspoon baking
powder and beat. Set aside.
Sift flour and castor sugar. Add oil and beat.
Add water and beat. Add egg yellow and beat.
Add cocoa, milo and vanilla essence and beat. Add
3 heaped teaspoon baking powder and beat.
Add in the egg white and beat.
Fill muffin casings until 2/3 full.
Bake in conventional oven at 180 degrees for 15-
Melt all the icing ingredients in a sauce pan on
low heat. Ice the cupcakes once cooled.
