Cut the pastry in SquaresTurn it so its like diamond shapePlace filling in the centreNow roll up but pull the top to stretch a bit roll up to resemble a croissantNow bend it slightly so it has a curve /moon shapeShape
You can cut a Triangle ShapeRoll upEgg brush sprinkle some thill (sesame seeds) or Kus kusCan be frozen at this stageWhen required bake at 200 *for 5 minutesAnd reduce to 180* for 10-15 minutes or until done.Serve with chutneyEnjoy
