Roll out pastry on a floured surface.Cut pastry into even sized squares.Brush the corners with egg and fold over into triangles.Brush with more egg.Place on a greased flat baking pan.Bake in preheated 180 deg Cup oven till puffed and golden.Mix jam in separate bowls, a little red & little green.Drizzle with a spoon over pastry.Dust with icing sugar.
