Today puff pastryBeaten eggApricot jam Green & red food coloringIcing sugar
METHOD
1. Roll out pastry on a floured surface.2. Cut pastry into even sized squares.3. Brush the corners with egg and fold over into triangles.4. Brush with more egg.5. Place on a greased flat baking pan.6. Bake in preheated 180 deg C oven till puffed and golden.7. Leave aside to cool.8. Mix jam in separate bowls, a little red & little green.9. Drizzle with a spoon over pastry.10. Dust with icing sugar.#mamataughtmewellrecipes

Note: you may make any design with the pastry.
The triangle is the old fashioned way to make jam tarts.
I made in the windmill shape, triangles etc.
