INGREDIENTS
1 kg chops I steak (1-kg)
2 heaped tablespoons red ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon steak & chops spice
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoon dhana jearoo
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
2 teaspoon Kashmiri chillies (mild)
½ teaspoon salt
Marinate and cook in ghee (Clarified butter) on low in it's own juices. Keep checking. Add water where needed until tender.
Then add
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon apricot jam
Taste and adjust and can add sauces of your choice.
Garnish with green dhania (coriander).
METHOD
Serve with veg and roti
