Ground Garlic Ground GingerRed chilli PasteRed Chilli PowderTurmeric Ground coriander Robertsons garlic flakesRobertons Exotic ThaiRobertsons bbq spiceRobertsons parsleyBbq sauceMachachos peri peri (lemon & herb) Robertsons Zesty Lemon PepperLemon juiceLittle olive oil and water
*Please be careful when adding all sauces and spices, as they all contain salt so make the marinade before mixing with the meat and refrain from adding salt before you have tasted the marinade with all the other sauces.
Marinate and grill in the oven with baby garlic potatos.When 15 minutes left before removing and serving make a sauce of (tomato sauce, mayo and Machachos peri peri mild) and pour over.Let it cook for 15 minutes and remove. Garnish with fresh coriander
