1kg puff pastry Cut in square and pair them Make a hole on one side only Lightly fry Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
cut to fit the pastry squares Take the plain square paste place the fried Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
on top paste Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
with sweet chiili sauce cover it with the pastry that has the hole..egg brush it sprinkle poppy seed or sesame Bake at 200 for 12 minutes then reduce heat to 170 bake another +- 12 minutes or until light golden in colour. Enjoy
