Puff Pastry Mince Paratha

Ingredients:400g roll today puff pastryFlour500g beef/mutton mince1 onion (sliced)2 tablespoon oil1 piece taj (cinnamon)1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) seeds½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana (coriander) powder1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon brown vinegarGrated gouda cheese (optional)
METHOD
1. Braise onion in oil with Jeeru (Cumin) and taj.2. Add washed and drained mince with all other ingredients.3. Cook till done. Remove taj.4. Remove plastic from pastry.5. Cut into 8 even pieces.6. Flour surface and roll into thin circles.7. Heat tawa on med-low heat.8. Place one circle on tawa.9. Sprinkle cheese, spoon on mince, sprinkle more cheese and cover with another circle.10. Cook pastry till done and crispy, then flip over and cook other side.Serve hot with chutney.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
