1 ready roll puff butter pastry Roll out Smear 2 cm length wise with tomato sauce Place 2- 3 steamed vienna on the smeared sauce roll up like you would sausage roll Cut the size you require Egg brush with poppy or sesame seeds Freeze at this stage in airtight container When required heat oven at 200* (Total bake time is +-25 minutes)
Place vienna rolls on a greased tray Place in oven for 15 minutes Drop the temperature to 180* For +- 10 minutes till light golden on top Enjoy with chutney
