Add some oil to a pot , add the onions and braise till soft.Add the ginger garlic and red chili paste.Add the mince and on low heat loose it up using a spoon.Add all the spices and lemon juice , cook for 10 minutes, now add the tomato and cook until water almost dry, now add the tomato paste and cook more.
preheat oven to 140 degrees, place the taco shell open side down and crisp for 10 minutes/use an air fryer and crisp for 5 minutes . remove add the mince and cheese and melt the cheese , then add all the other filling stuff and serve immediately
