Handful of fried onions 1 teaspoon ginger garlic green masala 1 teaspoon chicken spice ½ teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 4 tomatoes grated 2 tablespoon tomato paste1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) 1 tablespoon Nandos garlic peri peri 3 tablespoon Wellington tomato sauce 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs Salt to taste Penne/Spaghetti boiled & kept aside
- Add the fried onions with all the spices and braise - Add the tomatoes & the tomato paste and cook till done - Add the mixed herbs- Add the pasta/spaghetti and cook till done- Garnish with parsley & Parmesan cheese Enjoy!
