Pasta of choice, boiled and kept asideChicken fillet cubedRed and yellow peppers CubedMushrooms slicedPasta sauce/salsa 250ml fresh cream125ml sour cream 1/2 Cup mozarella 1/4c parmesan

METHOD

Cook chicken cubes inDhanaJeeraRed masalaSaltPepper
Stir fry peppers and mushrooms with veggie seasoning and add to chickenAdd in pasta sauce/salsa,- toss in boiled pasta then add sour cream, cheeses and fresh cream and heat through
