Must be cooked to perfection. .not too soft..and not hard cos it wil not soften after adding sugar Drain out ..leave in colander In a pot ..add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Some Sultanas Saffron Elachie seeds Cinnamon stick Braise over medium heat...just few minutes til sultanas swell Add in the rice Add 1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
MIX well.leave to cook
Wen water burns out sprinkle half teaspoon elachie powder and chopped roasted almonds.
I soaked almonds in boiling water
Peeled and roasted in microwave for a minute Steam in oven before serving Easy peasy..😉enjoy
