RECIPE

Haloumi  thinly sliced Bread of your choice thinly sliced and lightly toastedI used ciabbata and toasted with a bit of olive oil
Black sesame seedsWhite  sesame seeds Double cream yogurt Fry  haloumi in little oil till golden on both sides Immediately spinkle with both sesame seeds Spread yogurt on bread
Top with haloumi
Garnish with chopped coriander and sprig on mint
