250g soft butter¾ cup icing sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 egg yolkFlour as needed
METHOD
Beat butter and icing sugar till fluffy Add vanilla, egg and beat
Add baking powder
Add flour little by little to form a really soft dough
Pipe logs through nozzle
Bake on 160°c for 15 minutes.
Decorate as desired.
