INGREDIENTS
125g butter
⅓ cup icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
METHOD
Cream butter & icing sugar, then beat in the egg & vanilla. Fold in the baking powder & flour to make a very soft dough.Pipe through a nozzle to make fingers or whirls and space on a baking tray about 2 cm apart. Bake at 170 for about 10-12 minutes until light & golden. Cool then decorate with chocolate.
