250g butter1 teaspoon vanilla essence ½ cup finely grinded badaam 1 egg yolk2 teaspoon coffee diluted in 1 tablespoon water1 tablespoon maziena (cornflour)¾ cup icing sugarFlour as needed
METHOD
Mix butter, vanilla and icing sugar till smooth.Beat in yolk and coffee.Fold in grinded badaam, baking powder, maziena and enough cake flour to form a soft pliable dough.
Roll out and cut out desired shapes.
Bake on 160° for 15 minutes
Decorate as desired
