Tropical Juice

INGREDIENTS

1 kg strawberries, 1 l water
1 lemon , remove peeln seeds , 1 l water
1 pineapple cleaned and cubed and 1 l water
1 l orange juice or fresh orange if in season
2 teas boil with 1 l water
2 cups sugar

METHOD

liquidize each fruit individually with 1 letre of
water , make a syrup with 2 cups sugar to 1 cup
water , mix all the ingredients together once
liquidised , freeze serve chilled
