Red Sauce :2 medium sized tomatoes1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 medium sized oniontomato paste /ketchup ½ teaspoon red chilli powder /flakes 1 teaspoon oregano 1 medium sized diced capsium White Sauce :2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup milk 2 cheese slices Salt to taste
Red Sauce :Boil tomatoes (10 minutes), grind it. Heat 2 tablespoon oil, crushed garlic, onion, mix till golden brown. Add tomato mixture, mix 2-3 minutes. Add chilli powder, mix, keep on medium flame. Then add chilli flakes, crushed black pepper and oregano. Mix well. Add ¼ cup water, 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup, and some salt to taste. Mix and cover and cook for 5-10 minutes. Then add diced capsium, cover for 2 minutes. Keep aside. White Sauce :Heat butter, flour, milk, cheese slices, salt to taste. Stir on medium heat. Add white sauce to red sauce mixture, then add pasta, mix well. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. ENJOY!
