INGREDIENTS
4 TB Oil2 teaspoon cumin seeds1 medium onion,finely chopped2 teaspoon ginger/garlic paste2 medium tomatoes gratedA teaspoon or more of chilli powder,tumeric,garum masala and dhania (coriander)-Jeeru (Cumin) powder5 cashews5 almonds1-2 large green pepper(s) chopped and cubed1-2 potatoes,peeled,cubed and boiled
METHOD
Puree tomatoes with all spices and nuts until smooth.Heat 1 TB oil,add pepper,saute for 2 minutes and set asideAdd remaining oil,cumin seeds,onions and cook till golden.Add in ginger/garlic paste and mix wellAdd blended tomato mix and cook for a few minutesAdd some water and salt to taste.Add potatoes and capsicum and mix wellSimmer for 5-6 minutes or until oil seperates and everything is cooked soft.Serve with rice or paratha!

This dish can be served as a side or main dish
I didnt saute the peppers,but cooked it in the micro with some water
