3CUPS PASTA(add 1 tablespoon oil boil and drain)
1CUP MIXED VEGGIES(boil and set aside)
1CUP CUBED CHICKEN FILLET
1/2 teaspoon PEPPER
1/2 teaspoon GARLIC
1 SMALL ONION(GRATED)
1/2 teaspoon TUMERIC POWDER
1/2 teaspoon MIXED HERBS
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 OR 2 tablespoon BUTTER OR ghee (Clarified butter)
-MARINATE CHICKEN IN ALL THE ABOVE INGRED.
COOK UNTIL DONE. SET ASIDE
250ml Fresh Cream
250ml Sour Cream
1 1/2cups grated cheese
1/2cup finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoon butter
-BEAT THE CREAMS TOGETHER. ADD CHEESE AND GREEN
PEPPER.
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS(PASTA,MIXED VEGGIES,
CHICKEN & CREAM MIXTURE)TOGETHER IN A CASSEROLE
TOP WITH LITTLE BLOBS OF BUTTER. COVER AND BAKE
IN OVEN @180deg. FOR 15-20MINS
