INGREDIENTS
4-6 carrots (liquidised or grated fine)Add ¾ cup of sugar to carrots- boil till it becomes pulp
In another pot:125g butter3 tablespoon semolina- braise till lightly goldenAdd Elachi (cardomom) , cinnamon sticks and little Saffron(opt)Then add 1 cup of milk to the carrots And just a Little milk to the semolinaMix all together(carrots & semolina)Add almonds and heat till it catches slightly at the bottom of the pot

Opt: top with cream
