INGREDIENTS
FILLING 125G Chickens, cutter into tiny pieces 1 clove gralic, crushed 1 teaspoon. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon. Chilli powder Salt to taste ⅛ teaspoon. Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon. Pepper ½ teaspoon. Onion powder ½ teaspoon. Gralic powder ¼ teaspoon. Gralic flakes 1½ teaspoon. Cumin powder 1 tablespoon. Tomatoes sauce 1 tablespoon. Mustard sauce 1 tbap. Mayonnaise1 teaspoon. Ginger gralic paste
FOR COOKING 2 to 3 tablespoon. Oil ½ onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon. Tomatoe paste 20g coriander 1 bag puff pastry Mayo for brushing or use a egg Sesame seeds for Sprinkling
METHOD
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well until all the spice are combined with the chicken.
Heat a pan over a medium heat, Once the oil is hot add in the onion and cook until the onion turns translucent, now add in the chicken mixture and cook until the water is realesed, now add the tomatoes paste and cook until, there is no liquid
Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and mix and cook for a minute and remove the the heat.
Place the puff pastry in a flat surface and cut into a rectangle, now place the filling in the center and fold the sheet in half, and small the openings with you finger and the with the fork.
Place the pie in the tray and brush with mayonnaise, I do this because I don't like the egg wash. Bit if you prefer to do a egg wash the go for it.And sprinkle it with sesame seeds for decoration.Bake in a preheated oven @180c for 22 to 24 minutes, serve warm
