Makes 121 ¼ cup cake flour130g sugar150g butter3 jumbo eggs1 ½ teaspoon vanilla essencePinch of salt2 ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup milk
All the ingredients should be at room temperature. Beat the butter and sugar till pale. Add the vanilla essence, salt, and the eggs (1 at a time) beat. Add the baking powder and beat again.Add in the flour and milk a little at a time.Pour into your cupcake cases ¾ way full.Sprinkle with 100 and 1000 sweets.Bake at 160c for about 20 to 25 minutes.Store in an airtight container...Note: In cool temperatures, anything with butter will harden. If so..to get these back to their freshness and softness. Place in a microwave for 10sec and they will be fresh and soft again.
