INGREDIENTS
250g icing sugar250g gram flour1 cup butter ghee (Clarified butter)½ cup klim milk powder3 Tablespoon milk 1 Tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)½ cup chopped almonds slivered almonds1 teaspoon elachee powder
METHOD
Step 1
In a saucepan boil milk and 1 Tablespoon butter ghee (Clarified butter).
Step 2Take the above mixture add to gram flour to form breadcrumbs...
Step 3
Braise the mixture in 1 cup butter ghee (Clarified butter) until a change of colour to golden brown.Add chopped almonds and cook on low for further 10 -15 minutes.Remove from stove top, cool well.Add klim milk powder, icing sugar and elachee powder.Mix well.Set out in fancy bowl or flat baking trays cut out using biscuit cutters or shape one desired.
