INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour3 tablespoon oilA pinch of salt Boiling water
METHOD
Sift flour, and salt together Add the oil. Pour boiling water in slowly and knead it until it forms a soft dough. Roll into a log and cut into equal portions. Make it into even sized balls. Roll out onto floured surface. And fry on tawa on high heat, for 10 seconds on each side.
