3-4 chicken fillets cubed and washed Cook chicken with:2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon lemon pepper¼ teaspoon tumeric 1 tomato liquidised 1 teaspoon red chili powder 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Cook on very low heat. When cooked add, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce & 2 tablespoons chilli sauce.
On a roti place washed lettuce 🥬, grated carrot 🥕, chicken and a drizzle of mayo and tomato sauce. Garnish with some herbs. Close with a small skewer.
