1⁄2 kg chicken fillet cut into big cubes
1⁄2 onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1 teaspoon tandoori masala
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1⁄2 teaspoon jeera powder
1⁄2 teaspoon haldi
Salt to taste
1⁄4 teaspoon lemon pepper
Potatoes cut for chips
In a pot add the oil and onions , soften onions add garlic and chilli paste braise for 30 seconds and add chicken cubes as well as all the spices . Cook until fully done .
Fry the chips not to crispy
Add the salt vinegar and masala .
To assemble :
Add the chicken cubes at the bottom
Place Chips ontop
Spoon good amounts of mayo onto Chips close roti using a toothpick and toast roti on tava before serving ...
