INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken fillet cut into thin strips Oil1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste1 tablespoon tandoori/ tikka masala 1 teaspoon dhana powder ½ teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon chicken spice
Potatoes cut for chips Salt Vinegar Masala
METHOD
In a pot add the oil add garlic and chilli paste braise for 30 seconds add chicken strips as well as all the spices . Cook until fully done .
Fry the chips not to crispy Add the salt vinegar and masala .
To assemble : Roti Add the chicken cubes at the bottom Place Chips on top Spoon good amounts of mayo onto Chips close roti using a toothpick and toast roti on tava before serving ...
