For Parata Style Make your dough like puri doughLeave it aside for a while before rolling out disc use baking powder and yoghurtRoll out roti spread cheessCover with other roti Press as sides with lay flour pasteAnd ket it stand again for few minutes Then proceed to sekoDo the garlic brush again see below I used the Arabic dough recipeOr any Yeast dough recipeOnce it has doubled Roll out disc fill with grated or slices of cheese Fold and roll out slightly or pat it To a round or oval shapeLeave to rise againSeko on tawa For the garlic butter Melt Garlic butter with little dhania (coriander) And brush over the nasn vegore serving
