1 cup sugar5 tablespoon sp golden syrup2 teaspoon bicarb200gr plain chocolate
Put sugar in a pot ..Heat sugar on medium heat add in golden syrup and stir till sugar is melted and golden in colour then switch of and add in the bicarb and stir till it foams then pour into an oiled dish and leave for an hour to set..(I poured into a silicone mould , its easier to come out) ..when set crack and dip into chocolate..Enjoy...
