INGREDIENTS
chicken filler
mexican BBQ spice
ginger and garlic
salt to taste
3 tblspns yogurt/sourmilk
4 tblspns mayo
green chillies (stamp or blend)
nandos sauce - of your choice
oil
METHOD
mix the above in oil.. marinate chicken and add
to a pot.. allow to simmer.. slowly add a little
water at a time.. simmer unitl done.. dont let it
dry out.. depending on how much gravy you prefer
you can always add more mayo
