INGREDIENTS
-boudoir biscuits or madeira cake-strawberry jelly-fresh strawberry slices (optional)-fresh kiwi slices (optional)-ready made custard-fresh cream-100's & 1000's
METHOD
1.)break biscuits into 3 or cut cake into cubes,place in desert bowls or jars.2.)make jelly according to packet instructions - pour over biscuits and leave to set.3.)once jelly has set - add fresh strawberry slices (optional) - top with custard and leave to set.4.)lastly pipe cream and sprinkle 100's & 1000's and decorate with strawberry slices (optional).~~~ serve cold ~~~
