INGREDIENTS
350g bottle Nutella 12 tablespoon self raising flour2 extra large eggs.
METHOD
1. Mix altogether.2. Grease a square pyrex around 20cmx20xcm.3. Spoon the thick brownie mixture into pyrex and flatten out evenly. 4. Place in microwave and cook for 6min. Cut into 12 squares. 5. Eat right away with whipped cream/ or ice-cream.
INFO & TIPS
*May fold in chopped hazelnuts/ or pecan nuts to brownies before baking, or over the top as garnish before baking.
*May drizzle over white choc for contrast pattern.
