INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour½ cup brown sugar3 tablespoon cocoa powder2 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon salt¼ cup chopped nuts of choice80g chopped chocolate of choice1 egg¼ cup oil2/3 cup milk

METHOD

Mix together dry ingredients...add in chocolate and nuts... whish liquids together and mix into dry ingredients..pour into greased 25x30cm pan and bake at 180° for 12-15 minutes..don't overbake or brownies will be dry....serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce...enjoy...
