Ingredients: 350g Castor sugar 4 large eggs 150g butter melted 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 150g flour Pinch salt 100g cocoa powder 100g dark chocolate chopped 100g Pecans chopped
Method: Grease 25×25cm square tin. Beat eggs and sugar . Add butter and vanilla. Sift over dry ingredients and mix well. Stir through chocolate and nuts and pour in tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes in preheated oven at 170 degreesC.
