INGREDIENTS
1 box Allifa's chilli bite mixWater as needed500g chicken strips (cut thinly)Chopped coriander1 small finely grated onion (water squeezed out- or 2 stalks spring onions chopped)¼ teaspoon salt
METHOD
1. Heat a deep frying pan with oil.2. Add onion and coriander to chilli bite mix.3. Then add water as needed to make a medium thick batter. 4. Dip strips into battern and fry till golden.5. Test a strip to see if chicken is cooked through. This will give you an idea for how long to fry the strips. Serve with chutney/ lemon juice.
