• 2 chicken fillets chopped into small cubes1. Boil in salted water approx 2 cups for 15 minutes - reserve the liquid - do not discard
•1 finely Chopped onion•2 tablespoon butter • ¾ tin of creeamstyle corn and stir• salt, white pepper, black pepper and chopped fine parsely leaves about 1 tablespoon/ or dried and seconding to taste adjust• 250ml water and 500ml milk• ¼ cup of small pasta shells or hoops• 1 teaspoon cornflour mixed in ¼ cup water
METHOD

• Braise 1 finely Chopped onion in 2 tablespoon butter • Stir in ¾ tin of creeamstyle corn and stir• Add in salt, white pepper, black pepper and chopped fine parsely leaves about 1 tablespoon/ or dried • Throw in your chicken cubes with the water and add another 250ml water and 500ml milk together on hight heat.• Add ¼ cup of small pasta shells or hoops• Give it a good boil• And reduce temp till pasta cooked through * add some water/ milk mixed ratio if too thick depends on your preferred consistency *add 1 teaspoon cornflour mixed in ¼ cup water -mix and stir into soup, simmer for 5 minutes on low* and serve warm
